This is Pluto's Symbol from Sailor Moon. I have it Tattooed on the back of my neck. The Tattoo was designed by P.J. at Old Town tattoo and was touched up by my sister *Blondie*.

are their any risks whith tatoos in the neck? there are a LOTs of nerves though

With any tattoo, there are risks. You have to have a good tattoo artist, someone who knows what they're doing. Since my tattoo artist is my sister, I trust her and I know she will do a good job.

Wow...sorry, yeah there is a meaning behind it...
though you're the first to ask.
My boyfriend and I both love Sailor moon...
silly it seems...I know...
all in the same, we wanted to get tattoos together.
We couldn't think of anything we both could agree on, so my friend Pete drew up the suns for us...
Since, I wanted the tattoos to be unique, we both decided to get our favorite sailor scout symbols inside the suns.
Mine is Pluto, his is Neptune! ^^

It's a great anime...only in Japanese though...

I have to watch it in english on a daily basis, my toddler is addicted to it LOL

but as soon as I get it on DVD with subtitles I'll try to transfre her over LOL
